ORDER
The petitioner claims that he is in possession of the property in Survey No. 146/1, 147/1 situated Melamuthukulathur Group, Muthukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and patta also stands in his name. However, the revenue officials, by receiving a bribe, cancelled the patta. Therefore, he has filed a petition before the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption and has also approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action as against the erring officials.
2. It is reported that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition challenging the order of cancellation of patta passed by the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram and same is pending before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6567 of 2024. Apart from that, the petitioner has also filed a suit in O.S.No.73 of 2023 before the Sub Court, Muthukulathur and the same is also pending.
