ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigating agency from the second respondent to any other respondent.

2. The case in Crime No.276 of 2017 has been registered for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C.. The victim therein, who is the daughter of the petitioner herein, died committing suicide. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim was staying with her uncle and was working. While so, she was found hanging in a lodge. He submitted that some suicide note appeared to have been recovered by the police. He also suspects that there is an involvement of the victim's uncle.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would now submit that investigation in the matter substantially completed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submits that the petitioner has some information and he wants to share the same with the Investigating Agency.

5. In view of the above submission, this Court holds that if the petitioner has any information, he is free to make it available to the Investigating Agency. The Investigating Agency is directed to consider the same before laying its final report and complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
