ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case for alleged offences, based on the complaint dated 29.09.2014 of the petitioner and to investigate the case. Pursuant to the complaint, neither has any case been registered nor an investigation conducted. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present petition, seeking a direction to register the case. 2.Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that case has been registered in Crime No.138 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
