RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court by its order dated 01.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21264 of 2022 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DILIP KUMAR.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21264 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. CRL MP(MD) No.1795 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21264 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi on 01.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
