ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 3 in Crime No.526 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 14.08.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 436 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners set fire to the Car belonging to the de-facto complainant which was parked in front of the de-facto complainant's house.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil and on further condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each to the credit of Crime No.526 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 03/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
