This quash petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2014, dated 03.01.2014, on the file of the 1st respondent police station, for the offence under Sections 109, 420, 447, 427, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. 2.It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations against the petitioners in the First Information Report. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted at this stage. It requires investigation whether the offences are made out against the petitioners. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, considering the allegations made in this F.I.R, the first respondent is directed to file final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
