This quash petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.3 of 2014, on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Devathanapatti Police Station, Theni District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2014, on the file of the SubInspector of Police, Devathanapatti Police Station, Theni District, has been conduced and closed.

3. It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations against the petitioners in the First Information Report. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted in this threshold and it has to be investigated. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
