This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and further direct him to discontinue the harassment on the petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that no case is pending as against the petitioner as on date.
