ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner and his staff and for the vehicles bearing registration KA-51-AA7594 and Registration No.KA-51-AA-7549 till the third respondent bank accept the repayment dues towards Commercial Vehicle Loan Agreement No.LVTR100036057359 and regularize the loan account by considering his representation, dated 11.01.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.3556 of 2020 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the nature of the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is private in nature.
3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the petitioner has availed the vehicle loan from the third respondent bank and that he has not paid the amount.
4.It is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of non-payment dues towards the vehicle loan. Therefore, This Court is of the opinion that such a prayer is not maintainable.
