Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to remove the Tar Road laid in the petitioners Patta Land comprised in Survey no. 335 to an extent of 30 cents, situated in Duraisamypuram village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District and restore it to its original position based on his representation dated 07.01.2025 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
