Questioning the return of memo dated 21.01.2020 in S.R.No.456 of 2020 passed by the Execution Court in E.P.No.77/2014 in O.S.No.266 of 2001 on the file of the Sub Judge, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, this civil revision petition has been filed. 2.Today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of this revision, the petitioners have challenged the main order in E.A.No.23 of 2015 in C.R.P.(MD).No.443/2020. Hence, this civil revision petition has become infructuous.
