The daughter of the petitioner was fallen love with a married man by name Sivapandian/3rd respondent herein. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.
2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. We have also perused the material documents available on record.
3. Today, the minor girl been produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, she stated that since her parents tried to get marry her to another person against her wishes, she went along with Sivapandian/the 3rd respondent. Now, she has realised her mistake and wants to go with her parents. The parents who are present herein advised not to compel to marry anyone without her consent.
4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, since the minor girl has been secured and handed over to the petitioner, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
