ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, in Crime No.253 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 08.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner attacked the de-facto complainant and caused grievous injury.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital on 12.08.2015.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 31/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
