PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to call for the records pertaining to the order, dated 19.11.2020 passed in I.A.No.5 of 2020 in I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.36 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ilayankudi and to set aside the same.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for petitioner submitted that the present Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.5 of 2020 in I.A.No.3 of 2020 to implead the proposed respondents 4 to 7 in I.A.No.3 of 2022, which is an injunction application. He further submitted that during the pendency of the Revision Petition, the trial Court has allowed the injunction application. Hence, Nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
