This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.39 of 2019 dated 07.01.2019 and consequently to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.11.2018.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the case has already been registered in Crime No.73 of 2019 on 05.03.2019.
