COMMON ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.19594 and 19565 of 2019 dated 30.12.2019.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.19594 and 19565 of 2019 dated 30.12.2019 is relaxed.
