On 29.04.2022, W.P(MD)No.8754 of 2022 filed by the petitioner was disposed of. Almost two years has expired.

2. Be that as it may, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the final voters list will be finalised within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the election itself has been conducted within a period of three months thereafter.

3. Recording the undertaking given by the respondent through the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
