ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is having five previous cases, in which, three cases were registered for the offence under the NDPS Act and that she was earlier detained under the Goondas Act and subsequently, she was released. He would further submit that the second respondent has submitted a requisition to initiate 107 Cr.P.C. proceedings and the same is pending in M.C.No.77 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have not served any summons, but the police attached to the respondents 2 and 3 came to the petitioner's house very often and directed her to appear before them.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent will take necessary steps to serve summons with respect to the pending case in M.C.No.77 of 2023.

5. Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
