This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in M.C.No. 37/2015, dated 18.08.15 on the file of the Second class Administrative Magistrate cum Thasildar, Ramanathapuram, Ramnad District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
