ORDER

WP(MD)No.489 of 2018 was allowed by this Court on 02.03.2018. The United India Insurance Company Limited was shown as respondents 2 and 3. Appearance was not shown for the said insurance company. This was because even though the counsel had entered appearance, his name was not shown in the cause list. Therefore, seeking a review of the order dated 02.03.2018 made in WP(MD)No.489 of 2018, this Review Application came to be filed.

2.Since the grievance projected in the review application is factually justifiable, this Court sets aside the order dated 02.03.2018 made in WP(MD)No.489 of 2018 and allows this Review Application. Registry is directed place the Writ Petition before the roster Judge and print the name of the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 in the writ petition Mr.A.Shajahan. No costs.
