ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R, in Crime No.42 of 2014, dated 02.05.2014 on the file of the first respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been transferred to the third respondent/Inspector of Police, CBCID, Dindigul District. Further, he submitted that the entire investigation is now almost over and they have examined 68 witnesses including the family members of the complainant and shop vendors of the disputed property, 45 documents were collected from the concerned persons and elaborate investigation has been done and case investigation was completed. After the conclusion of the entire investigation, the report has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
been submitted before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Madurai on 29.05.2018 and the same was forwarded to CBCID Head Quarter for approval and is pending.
3.Considering the the facts and circumstances, the third respondent/The Inspector of Police, CBCID Dindigul District is directed to file a charge sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In view of the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
