ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second and third respondents and their officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the third respondent's compliant was registered in C.S.R.No. 403 of 2022. After receipt of the complaint, summons were issued to the petitioner as well as the third and fourth respondents, but they have not turned up.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by both sides, the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
