ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.491 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 14.08.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 436 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner set fire to the Scorpio Car belonging to the de-facto complainant which was parked in front of the de-facto complainant's house.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and on further condition that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.491 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
