2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 10.02.2026, the appearance of the intervener has not been incorporated and the intervene application has not been allowed. Accordingly, Registry is directed to incorporate the appearance of the intervener counsel in the cause title of the order dated 10.02.2026 and the intervene application. The same are as follows:- ''For Intervener:Mr.M.Mahaboob Athiff for Mr.R.L.Dhilipan Pandian (g)..........

The intervene application in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3038 of 2026 is allowed."

3.All other conditions imposed on the petitioners shall remain intact except for the above said correction.
