This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the impugned order, dated 07.12.2020, made in J.C.No.110 of 2019, on the file of the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai. 2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner.

3.It is seen that the proper party to be impleaded as respondents is viz., the Deputy Commissioner of Police and the Juvenile Justice Board, whereas, the petitioner has impleaded only the Juvenile as the respondent.

4.Hence, this Criminal Revision is Closed. The petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh petition. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
