O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case based on the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.4418 of 2011 dated 17.06.2011.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.204 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 373, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.204 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
