ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 341, 506(1) and 379(NHO) of I.P.C in Crime No.205 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Taluk Police, Ottanchathiram Police Station, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District., seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner and the defacto complainant are having business transactions. The case of the petitioner is that the defacto complainant owes him Rs.11,00,120/- and that the petitioner had earlier moved this Court by filing Crl.OP.(MD).No.3387 of 2008, for registering a case against the defacto complainant. The same was ordered on 21.03.2018. The specific contention of the petitioner is that the present case has been foisted at counter blast.

5..Taking note of the circumstances, this Court granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ottanchathiram and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
