Prayer : - Petitioner filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying for a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2020, on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 14/03/2023 and the letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, vide D.No.9840/2024 dated 12/11/2024, this Court made the following order:

The learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul sent a letter, dated 02.11.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2020 pending on his file, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 14.03.2023.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 02.11.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2020. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.24 of 2020.
