Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC, in Cr.No.153 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and her husband found that their Almirah was broken and the jewels were stolen by some body. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Accordingly, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner in this case was arrayed as A1 and 171 grams of jewels have been recovered from this petitioner and he is having two previous case against him out of which one is similar in nature.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is having two previous cases out of which one is similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
