Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 354(2) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Woman Harassment ACt, in Cr.No.197 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to minor disputes the petitioner filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.3714 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar to register a case as against the petitioner and the same has been ordered and accordingly, the present case has been registered. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner the petitioner was already granted anticipatory by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18622 of 2018 on 23.10.2018. Since, the petitioner has facing difficulties in arranging the sureties, he was unable to surrender before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. Hence, he prayed for anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18622 of 2018 on 23.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to extend further period of two weeks and the petitioner is directed to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.18622 of 2018 on 23.10.2018.
