This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23108 of 2024 on 27.12.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have 1/3
been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23108 of 2024 on 27.12.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for 16 days.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23108 of 2024 on 27.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
