ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the surveyor to measure the petitioner's property and to fix the four boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein faces obstructions from the fourth respondent, that when he approached the authorities for surveying his property, earlier the Taluk Surveyor had issued notice to other adjacent owners for surveying the petitioner's property and that while adjacent owners co-operated, the fourth respondent raised an objection to the same.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now submits that the surveyor is proposed to survey the property on 15.03.2018

and a fresh notice has been issued to all the parties concerned.

5. In view of the above submission, the third respondent is now directed to accord the surveyor to complete his official responsibility. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
