This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/6

29.09.2025 and permit him to take red soil from Duraisamypuram Kanmai, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2.With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation to the official respondents with regard to the aforesaid grievance on 29.09.2025. Since the said representation remain unconsidered, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any 3/6

opinion on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
