ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.328 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 307 @ into Section 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution, the First accused have developed illicit intimacy with the wife of the deceased, which was questioned by him so, the accused attacked the deceased with knife on 10.06.2015 and caused his death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the deceased is the paternal uncle of this petitioner and A2 is the wife of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.According to the de-facto complainant one un-known person entered into the house of A2 and attacked the deceased with knife and later, the petitioner was implicated based on the confession of A2. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that A2 has been secured and the major part of the investigation is over. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
