This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.02.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent has not taken any steps to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the case has been registered in Crime No.44 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341 and 506(ii) IPC.

5. Recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
