ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Legal Aid Services Authority within a period of one week from today failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
