The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to his and his children 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation dated 29.01.2021 submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.32 of 2021 and it is posted for enquiry.

3.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
