ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 03.02.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w Section 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.26 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.02.2019, when the Sub-Inspector of Police was routine checkup, the petitioner was found in possession of 1.200 kilograms of Ganja. Hence, the case has been registered against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Accordingly, he prayed for bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that there are twelve previous cases similar in nature are pending against the petitioner.
