ORDER

This writ petition has been filed on the ground that the fifth respondent had forged the letter of the Tahsildar and clandestinely use the same to mutate the revenue records in his name and thereafter, execute the sale deed dated 19.12.2011.

2. In the light of the serious allegations that have been made with reference to the validity of the document and the allegation of fraud, a direction is issued to the District Registrar, Madurai District, third respondent herein, to conduct an enquiry with reference to the veracity of the documents, after affording an opportunity to all the persons concerned to file their respective documents and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
