When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against these petitioner filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli and the same yet to be taken on file.

3.
