O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to direct the respondent No.1 to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.234 of 2016 on the file of the respondent No.2.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused persons by name Sundararaman and others committed cheating against the petitioner's land and abused the petitioner by mentioning his caste name. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent and FIR has been registered in Crime No.234 of 2016. So far, final report has not been filed by completing the investigation. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the matter was referred as mistake of fact and a report was also filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
