Heard both sides.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has come forward with this application seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.208 of 2014 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that already investigation is over and action has been dropped and notice has been served on the petitioner on 25.07.2015. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of.
