Heard both sides.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has come forward with this application seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection for her life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representation on 17.08.2015.

3. Perused the records.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.162 of 2015.

5. Considering the said submission, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2015 in accordance with law within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
