: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct Counselling for the appointment of the petitioner as PG Assistant (Tamil) in pursuance to the selection of the petitioner in the revised provisional selection list published in the official website of the Teachers Recruitment Board on 15.11.2021 and consequently permit the petitioner to choose a place of her choice on the basis of her ranking position and accordingly appoint the petitioner as P.G.Assistant (Tamil) within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to conduct counselling for appointment to the post of P.G.Assistant as per the revised provisional selection list dated 15.11.2021 published by the Teachers Recruitment Board. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the notification dated 12.06.2019 the petitioner applied for the appointment to the post of P.G.Assisant and the petitioner and 14 others were provisionally selected. However, the petitioner was declared as ineligible by proceedings dated 15.07.2019 that the petitioner has completed the Post Graduate degree after the cut off date.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the issue went upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court and finally ended in favour of the petitioner. Consequently, the Teachers Recruitment Board has published the revised provisional selection list in their official website on 15.11.2021. However, so far the petitioner has not been issued with any appointment order.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that they have not received any official communication in this regard from the Teachers Recruitment Board and once the official communication is received, appointment orders would be issued within period of one week therefrom. 5.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Teachers Recruitment Board submits that the revised provisional selection list was published in the website on 15.11.2021 and he has already instructed the second respondent to send the selection list to the fourth respondent forthwith.
6.In view of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Teachers Recruitment Board, this Court hopes and trusts that the second respondent would send the revised provisional selection list forthwith without any further delay to the fourth respondent, who in turn after receipt of such list from the second respondent shall issue necessary appointment orders within a period of one week therefrom.

7.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
