ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C., in Crime No.Not known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 19.03.2018, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner's wife and his mother. At that time, when the petitioner restraining both of them, the defacto complainant fell down and caused simple injury. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
