[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pay compensation of Rs.15 lakhs and a Government job to his dengue affected son Dineshwaran for his survival and peaceful future by considering his representation dated 16.12.2019.

Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submitted that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.210 of 2020 for the very same relief and the learned Single Judge of this Court, by order dated 07.01.2020, dismissed with the writ petition as withdrawn without giving any liberty to the petitioner to file the second writ petition.

3. Since the petitioner has filed the second writ petition for the very same relief sought for in W.P.(MD) No.210 of 2020, the present writ petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
