The petitioner is the husband of the detenu. The detenu Swetha was produced before us. She makes it clear that she does not want to live with her husband as well as her parents. She wants to live an independent life on her own. The detenu is aged 21 years. It is not for this Court to compel her. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law.
