ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 and A3 in Crime No.135 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 399, 402 and 120(b) of I.P.C., r/w 5, 25(1),(a) of Arms Act 1959 and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in possession of deadly weapons like sickle, crowbar and iron rods.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that A4 was already granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11488 of 2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no previous is pending against the petitioners. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-

(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, Virudhunagar District, and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
