ORDER :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner in CRP(MD)No.2064/2015 and MP(MD)No. 1/2015 and of M/s.A.B.Prabhakar Advocate for the petitioner in CMP(MD)No.7668/2016 in CRP(MD)No. 2064/2015 and the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for both parties submitted that the main Civil Revision Petition may be posted for final disposal. Hence the interim stay already granted is made absolute. Hence the vacate stay application cannot be entertained at this stage and the same is dismissed.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that application filed Under order 7 Rule 11 is dismissed. Hence the Civil Revision Petition is filed against the dismissed order.
