ORDER

The petitioner seeks protection from being enquired with his prayers.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is using his vacant land belonging to him for holding prayers and as it created nuisance to the public, a complaint has been received and that is being enquired into and the same is pending in CSR.No.30 of 2019.

4. The prayer is now modified and the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner. In the meantime, the second respondent is also directed to enquire into the allegation of the petitioner that he faces threat to life, liberty of the petitioner from others and take such appropriate decision and to protect the life, liberty and right to property of the petitioner, since nobody is permitted to take law in their own hands. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
